Terms and Conditions

By requesting a quote, booking a pickup or moving service, or using the Swift Route website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions governed by the laws of the UAE.

• Quotes are valid for 24 hours from the time of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Quotes are based on the information provided (distance, pickup size, load type, and timing).
• If the actual load or route differs materially from the booking details, we may issue a revised quote before dispatch.
• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Bookings are confirmed once the pickup size, date, pickup, and drop-off are agreed and confirmed by our team.
• Dispatch times are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or force majeure events.
• We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service where loads are unsafe or documentation is incomplete.
• Same-day availability is subject to driver capacity at the time of booking.

• Provide accurate load details at the time of booking.
• Make sure your items are ready for loading at the pickup location.
• Arrange access for loading and unloading at both ends.
• Be present at pickup or appoint an authorized representative.

• Our pickups and journeys are covered by insurance, subject to policy terms.
• Coverage is limited to the declared value confirmed at booking.
• We are not liable for inherent vice, inadequate packaging, or consequential loss.
• Claims must be raised in writing within 7 days of delivery and supported by documentation.

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup are refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
• If a pickup has already departed, the full trip is payable.

If our failure to perform is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, road closures, strikes, or unrest, we shall not be liable and will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund pre-paid amounts.

All content on the website — including text, graphics, logos, and imagery — is the property of Swift Route or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes shall first be referred to amicable settlement; failing which, they fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
